Big presence does not necessarily entail big structures; occasionally it is the lightest traveller who pitches and is up in a jiffy. Exhibits Expo is one of the most reliable Portable Exhibition Stand Manufacturers in India specialising in creating lightweight, high-quality stands for brands that require flexibility, without appearing cost-effective. Our manufacturing floor is located in India, and it focuses on compact engineering that strikes much larger when assembled.
What our production process produces:
After more than ten years of serving exhibitors throughout India, we have discovered that 'portable' does not imply 'less'; it just requires an intelligent approach to designing something that has all the visual power of a full-scale stand yet fits in a single travel case.

Portable is bought as a kit rather than a project, so the contract is short. These eight items are what should be in it.
Which system suits your space, your travel pattern and your set-up window. Sometimes the answer is fewer items.
Aluminium pop-up, tension fabric or banner hardware, specified for repeated assembly rather than one show.
Fabric or panel graphics printed to the frame’s exact dimensions, with bleed allowance for the silicone edge.
Folding or case-based, doubling as the shipping case on most systems.
Clip-on LED heads where the system takes them. Portable stands are almost always under-lit without them.
Wheeled, airline-checkable and built for repeat handling. The part that decides how many shows the kit survives.
Photographed step by step for your own team, because there will be no crew at the venue.
Connectors, clips and a spare graphic panel. A broken clip with no spare ends a portable stand’s show.
A stand contractor is easy to judge on one job. These clients judged us and booked the next one — across different countries, venues and build regulations
Two to three weeks from artwork to delivered cases, and no freight on the critical path. The stages below are compressed rather than skipped.
Each of these started as a blank floor plan. Photographs are from the show floor, not renders.
The category spans an order of magnitude, so a single figure would be meaningless. These five factors set where in that range you land.
| Variable | What it changes | How to reduce it |
|---|---|---|
| Format | A roll-up banner and a full portable booth with lighting and flooring differ enormously. Format is the first decision. | Start with the smallest format that does the job. Most exhibitors over-buy. |
| Frontage covered | Pop-up frames and fabric walls are priced by width. Six metres costs roughly twice three metres. | Cover the wall that faces the aisle properly; leave the side walls to banners. |
| Graphics, fabric or panel | Fabric is more expensive to print and far cheaper to refresh. Panels are cheaper now and cost more later. | If you will change messaging within two years, fabric wins on total cost. |
| Lighting | Clip-on LED heads add meaningfully to the price and even more to how the stand reads. | Do not skip this. An unlit portable stand looks unlit, which looks cheap. |
| Case quality | Hard wheeled cases cost more than soft bags and decide whether the kit survives eight shows or three. | Buy the better case. It is the cheapest insurance on this list. |
At 36 sqm and above, almost always. A portable system stretched across a large space stops looking intentional, and at that footprint the freight saving no longer covers the loss of presence.
At a flagship show where your competitors have built properly. The difference between a portable system and a built stand is visible from the aisle, and on the one show that matters most to your year that visibility works against you.
If you exhibit three or more times a year at 18 sqm or above, compare portable honestly against a modular system. Modular costs more up front, ships as freight rather than luggage, and looks materially better — and across a season the gap narrows more than most people expect.
Everything exhibitors ask us before they commit — including the questions where the honest answer is that we are not the right supplier for you.
A portable exhibition stand is a portable, lightweight and easy-to-move display system suitable for exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows and promotions, which can easily be set up and dismantled. They can be made with aluminium or fibreglass frames, printing graphics, backlit panels, counters, and other accessories and yet be small enough to easily transport.
The set-up time will vary with the stand format and size. Banner stands that are retractable can be erected in 1-2 minutes, whereas pop-up displays can be erected in 10-15 minutes. The bigger portable booths may require about 30-40 minutes. Most of these systems can be assembled tool-free or by one person.
Yes. Portable exhibition stands are customisable with full colour graphics, brand-matching colours, interchangeable panels, fabric graphics, back lighting and other branded features. An alternative like dye-sublimation fabric printing and UV printing may be used to make a professional and unique brand presentation and not necessarily need a large custom-built stand.
Yes. This is because portable exhibition stands can be used repeatedly and can be moved to new exhibitions and locations. Protective carry cases, durable aluminium/fibreglass frames, replaceable graphics, and proper storage can assist in increasing the life cycle of the stand. With proper care, a lot of portable stands can be utilised over a few years.
