3D Exhibition Stall Design Services serving India

We also provide a special 3D Exhibition Stall Design Service in India, whereby we assist in visualizing the brand representation in the exhibition in all its details before a single piece of fabrication is started. The 3D exhibition stand design process enables our clients to view the layout, branding and space flow using realistic renders as opposed to flat drawings. This method eliminates any guesses made during the design process and exhibitors have every assurance of what their stall will appear like and how it will operate once they are on the show floor. We design 3D exhibition stalls and make sure that all renders are based on the proper proportions, materials and lighting to avoid any surprises in the production process. The service is used by businesses in various industries to give a green light to designs that they can be assured of before deciding to fabricate the designs.

What arrives in

your inbox

Not one image. A complete 3D exhibition stall design pack you can circulate internally, take to a board meeting, and use to compare quotations from anyone else.

01

Three rendered views

Including the approach view — what a visitor actually sees walking up the aisle towards you.

02

Floor plan to scale

Drawn against your real booked footprint, showing circulation, meeting zones and storage.

03

Elevations

Every wall drawn flat, so you can see exactly where graphics, shelving and screens sit.

04

Material & finish notes

What the surfaces are, checked against your venue's fire regulations before you approve anything.

05

An honest cost band

All-in: build, graphics, freight, installation and dismantling. Not a build-only teaser figure.

06

A build schedule

Working backwards from your show date, so you can see immediately whether it is deliverable.

07

Two revision rounds

Expected, not grudging. Most concepts change meaningfully between version one and version two.

08

A PDF you can circulate

Formatted for a board meeting, not a bare image file attached to an email.

From your email to

your first render.

The concept stage is short by design. What happens after it — production, freight, installation — is covered on the design and build page.

Hour 0

Brief

Show, stall size, open sides and what has to happen on the stall. A phone call or an email, twenty minutes.
Hour 4

Layout

Floor plan drawn to scale against your booked footprint, testing circulation before anything is styled.
Hour 24

Model

The stall built in 3D — structure, counters, storage, screens and lighting positions.
Hour 40

Render

Three views produced, lit approximately the way your hall will be lit rather than for effect.
Hour 48

Costing

An all-in band and a build schedule attached, so the concept arrives with a real number.

Nothing. Here is

what it is worth.

The 3D concept is free. What the concept then tells you about the build cost comes down to five variables — and seeing them resolved on a drawing is the point of doing this stage first.

Variable What it changes How to reduce it
Floor area The largest single driver. Material, labour and freight all scale with square metres. Fixed once you book the space. Design efficiency matters more than size at this point.
Open sides An island open on four sides needs finished surfaces everywhere. An inline stand has three walls doing the work. Also fixed by your booking, but it changes what the design has to solve.
Custom or modular Custom is built once. Modular is reconfigured across shows and pays back from the second outing. Choose modular if you exhibit three or more times a year.
Distance & freight mode Sea freight is far cheaper than air but needs roughly three weeks more in the schedule. Start earlier. Time is the cheapest way to reduce freight cost.
Timeline Compressed schedules force air freight, overtime in production and premium labour rates. Ten to twelve weeks for an overseas build. Four to six within India or the UAE.

Why we do not charge for it

Because we build what we design, and the design cost sits inside the build. That arrangement has one honest consequence worth stating plainly: the free concept is offered on the basis that if you proceed, you proceed with us.

If what you actually want is a design to take to your own builder, that is a paid design-only commission — priced separately, with the drawings released to you. Say so at the start and we will quote it that way. Plenty of clients do, and it is a perfectly reasonable thing to want.

What we will not do is charge for a concept and then bury the design fee again inside the build quotation. You should only pay for the drawing once.
