Later than any other service on this site. Two to three weeks is comfortable, and we have taken installations on at a few days’ notice where crew and accreditation could still be arranged.
The binding constraint is rarely the crew. It is the venue: contractor passes, insurance submission and any appointed-labour requirement all run on the organiser’s deadlines, and a crew without accreditation cannot enter the hall no matter who booked them.
So if you are in trouble, call rather than email. We will tell you within an hour whether the accreditation window is still open at your venue, and if it is not, we will say so instead of taking the booking.
