Modular Exhibition Stand Manufacturers covering India

Exhibits Expo has established a robust reputation as one of the top Modular Exhibition Stand Manufacturers in India to produce flexible display systems that merge speed, strength, and style. In India, our manufacturing unit specialises in high-precision components that can be assembled easily yet have a non-generic and mass-production appearance.

We are strong in our manufacturing capabilities, which are-

  • Production under factory control that guarantees uniform finish to products.
  • Framing made with aluminium cut to precision.
  • Strict testing prior to each standout of our facility.
  • Scalable production—single booths to multi-unit exhibition orders.

We have been serving exhibitors in India over ten years, and we know that a modular stand has to do both: it has to look personalised and work consistently, performance after performance, without any signs of wear or damage.

What you get What a modular stand

contract covers

A modular system is bought once and used many times, so the contract is shaped differently from a one-off build. These eight items are what you are actually paying for.

01

System design, multi-configuration

Drawn to build at more than one footprint from the same components, if your show calendar needs it.

02

Aluminium frame system

Extruded frame, connectors and hardware specified for repeated assembly rather than a single build.

03

Infill panels & counters

The surfaces that give the system its character. These can be refreshed without replacing the frame.

04

Graphics, swappable

Printed to the panel schedule and designed to change between shows while the structure stays.

05

Full pre-build

Assembled in production in the first configuration, powered and photographed before dispatch.

06

Numbered assembly guide

Every element labelled with a build sequence, so a crew who has never seen it can rebuild it correctly.

07

Reusable crating

Cases built for repeated handling rather than one trip. This is what protects the payback.

08

Storage & reconfiguration

We store it between shows and reconfigure it for the next footprint. Quoted per outing, not guessed at.

How a modular build runs Six stages, and then

it comes back.

The first build runs like any custom project. What changes is everything after the show — storage, inspection, reconfiguration and a much shorter second outing.

Weeks 1–2

Concept

3D renders and an all-in cost band from your brief. Free, and no obligation to continue.
Week 3

Approval

Design freeze and contract. After this, changes affect cost and schedule and we tell you by how much.
Weeks 4–7

Manufacture

Production drawings, fabrication, and organiser submissions filed in parallel rather than afterwards.
Weeks 6–8

Pre-build

Graphics applied, whole stand assembled and tested in production. You get photographs before it is packed.
Weeks 9–11

Ship

Crated, freight booked, carnet raised, customs cleared, delivered on your build-up date.
Build-up

Install

Supervisor on site with a local crew. Tested, handed over, then dismantled on the organiser's schedule.

Cost & comparison Modular exhibition

stand cost

Five factors, and the first is the one everyone gets wrong. Modular is not cheaper on day one — it is cheaper across a season.

Variable What it changes How to reduce it
Number of shows The only factor that decides whether modular is right. Payback lands at show three for most clients. Be honest about your calendar. Under three shows, ask us for a custom or rental quote instead.
First build cost Roughly the same as custom. The frame system is bought up front and arrives with the first stand. Nothing. Expect it, and budget across the season rather than the first event.
Configurations required A system drawn for three footprints costs more than one drawn for a single size, and saves far more. Give us the whole season's bookings at briefing, not the first show.
Freight per outing Aluminium and fabric flat-pack. Recurring freight is often where the largest saving actually sits. Design for flat packing from the start. It compounds every show.
Storage and reconfiguration Charged per outing. Storing near your show region usually beats shipping home and out again. Ask for this quoted openly rather than folded into the build price.

Is a modular stand cheaper?

Not on the first show. From the second, yes. By the fourth, substantially — usually several times the original build cost once the freight saving is counted.

The clearest way to judge it is to ask for both quotations across your actual season rather than for one event. A custom quote for four shows means four builds; a modular quote means one build and three reconfigurations, and the difference is stark on paper.

If after that comparison the numbers are close, take custom. Close numbers mean you are not exhibiting often enough for the system to earn its constraint on design freedom.

Questions

Everything exhibitors ask us before they commit — including the questions where the honest answer is that we are not the right supplier for you.

A modular exhibition stand is a versatile display system consisting of reusable fittings like aluminium frames, connectors, graphic panels, lighting, and accessories. It can also be assembled, dismantled, transported and reconfigured to suit various exhibitions, thus a useful alternative to brands that attend more than one exhibition.

Yes. Modular exhibition stands are actually intended to be reused. Their standardised components can be reassembled into new layouts and can be integrated with new graphics, lights, furniture or other items to be used in new exhibitions. This will contribute to lowering the cost of rebuilding, design and logistics in the long term.

The price varies with the consideration of stand size, frame system, graphics, finishes, lighting, furniture, technology, transportation, installation, and storage requirements. The modular stands may provide reduced total expenses over time since the main building can be re-utilised in many different exhibitions, rather than having to be rebuilt each time.

Yes. The modular stands are also customisable with branded graphic panels, fabric graphics, colours, finishing, lighting, furniture, digital displays, and various configurations. The structural elements are modular, but the whole design and the appearance can be customised to produce a unique brand experience.

Exhibits Expo is a one-stop solution that offers modular exhibition stand production, design, setup, supply, storage, and refurbishment. The company operates a modular stand business with exhibitors who have established long-term partnerships and need a reliable partner in producing a recurring exhibition with over 10 years of experience, in-house production, project management, transparent pricing, and support.
