Print media in-house
Colour proof before print run
Days before dispatch, artwork due
At full size, large panels
Printing is one line of eight. The other seven are what stop a stand going up with the wrong colour on the fascia.
Every printed surface listed with exact dimensions and bleed, issued to your designer at design freeze.
Your brand assets rebuilt at stand scale. Screen artwork almost never survives being enlarged to four metres.
Files checked for resolution, colour space, embedded fonts and bleed before anything reaches a machine.
A physical proof on the actual media before the run. Screens lie, particularly about backlit colour.
Fabric, vinyl, backlit and direct-to-substrate, chosen per surface rather than whatever is loaded.
Cut acrylic, built-up letters, illuminated signs and wayfinding, fabricated alongside the stand.
Panels applied in production, checked side by side for colour drift between batches, then packed flat.
Critical graphics duplicated and shipped with the stand. A damaged fascia is not fixable on build-up morning.
A stand contractor is easy to judge on one job. These clients judged us and booked the next one — across different countries, venues and build regulations
Counted backwards from an overseas show opening. Highlighted rows are the ones sitting with you — those are the two dates that decide whether graphics run on time.
Each of these started as a blank floor plan. Photographs are from the show floor, not renders.
Print is priced per square metre of media, but the square metres are not what makes two quotations differ. These five lines are.
| Variable | What it changes | How to reduce it |
|---|---|---|
| Media choice | Backlit film and certified flame-retardant substrates cost several times plain vinyl for the same area. | Use premium media only where it is visible and lit. Back-of-house panels do not need it. |
| Artwork condition | Print-ready files cost nothing to process. Files needing rebuilding at stand scale are design work, quoted as such. | Give your designer the panel schedule early so files are built correctly the first time. |
| Number of panels | Many small panels cost more than one large one of the same total area — setup, handling and application time. | Consolidate at design stage where the structure allows it. |
| Reprints | The most avoidable cost on any stand. A late artwork change after the run means paying twice. | Approve the physical proof properly. That signature is what a reprint costs. |
| Schedule pressure | Late artwork forces express print slots, overtime application and occasionally air freight for panels alone. | Hit the week −5 artwork date. It is the cheapest thing on this list. |
Yes, and it is the one part of a stand that genuinely can be compressed. Printing itself takes days rather than weeks, so late artwork is recoverable in a way that late fabrication is not.
What compression costs is the proof stage, which is exactly the stage you should not skip. Approving colour on a screen instead of on the actual media is how a fascia arrives the wrong shade of your brand blue, and by then the stand is in a crate.
If artwork is going to be late, tell us as soon as you know. There are real options — printing the structural panels on schedule and the graphics separately, or shipping panels by air while the stand goes by sea. Both cost money, and both are cheaper than a stand that opens with blank walls.
Everything exhibitors ask us before they commit — including the questions where the honest answer is that we are not the right supplier for you.
Yes, artwork should ideally be submitted well ahead of the exhibition date to allow sufficient time for printing, quality checks, and dispatch — submitting early also allows room for any last-minute revisions if needed.
Yes, our graphic design approach is tailored to each industry — for example, bold visuals for automotive, minimal designs for tech, and detailed renders for real estate — based on the brand's specific goals and audience.
Wall graphics are large-format prints applied to stand walls to reinforce branding, while floor graphics are branded flooring elements that guide visitor movement and add messaging underfoot.
Large format printing includes banners, backdrops, and wall graphics, along with specialized options like backlit panel printing for illuminated visibility and vinyl printing for durable indoor and outdoor use.
Yes, exhibition signage covers directional signs, branded entrance displays, and dimensional lettering solutions, all designed to strengthen brand visibility from multiple angles across the stand.
Tell us the show, your stand size and how many sides are open. We come back with a rendered concept and an honest cost band — before you have committed to anything.
